New Toast merchants who sign an Initial Order Form on or before December 31, 2023 (each a “New Customer”) with the purchase of one (1) or more sets of two (2) identical Toast Flex Bundles listed below at full price will be eligible to receive a 100% discount on one (1) of the Toast Flex Bundle (“Flex Bundle Promotion”) per set of two. For example, if a New Customer buys four(4) Toast Flex Bundles, two (2) out of the four (4) Toast Flex Bundles will be free. New Customers are required to purchase one (1) or more sets of two (2) of the identical Toast Flex Bundles; in the event New Customer purchases an odd number of Toast Flex Bundles, this Promotion shall not apply. This promotion excludes existing Toast merchants who have purchased Toast Flex Bundle under an existing Order Form.

This promotion will expire on December 31, 2023. The discount may only be applied once per New Customer. The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any other fees. This is a limited time offer subject to change. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time. Any Toast Flex Bundle purchased under the Flex Bundle Promotion must be returned as a bundle in pairs to receive a refund under the Toast Inc. Return Policy. Except as expressly provided herein, any defined terms will have the same meaning as those set forth in the Toast Merchant Agreement.
