Official rules to receive your Visa gift card giveaway (“Official Rules”). Toast, Inc., located at 333 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210 (“we”, “us” or “our”) is the sponsor of this Gift program (“Giveaway”) for your completion of three Instant Deposit transactions (“Transaction”) by July 19, 2024, (or a later date as determined by Toast, “End Date”). By using the Instant Deposit program, you agree to these Official Rules and our decisions, which are final and binding. “You,” “your” or “your restaurant” means the commercial entity merchant that has enrolled in Instant Deposit, is a customer of Toast, and has been invited to participate by Toast.
To be eligible for the Gift described below: you must receive directly from us an email invitation to enroll in Instant Deposit; you must enroll in Instant Deposit; your authorized users of Instant Deposit must collectively complete at least three Transactions on or before the End Date; and you must remain enrolled in Instant Deposit and in compliance with the Toast Instant Deposit Terms and Conditions through the date on which Toast sends your restaurant the Gift (“Determination Date”). Your Determination Date will be no later than the date that is 90 days after you have completed three Transactions. No more than one Gift will be awarded for your restaurant. Any attempt to obtain more than one invitation or Gift for your restaurant may, at our discretion, void your ability to receive the Gift and disqualify you. You or your authorized users of Instant Deposit may be required to show proof of identity to claim a Gift. Our determination of eligibility, which is at our discretion, shall be final. You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico to be eligible to participate in the Giveaway and receive the Gift. The Giveaway is void where prohibited and shall be restricted by all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations that may apply.
We will award you a $200 Visa Gift Card (“Gift”) if you qualify to receive it. The Gift has a retail value of $200 USD. Redemption or use of the Gift is subject to the terms, conditions, and restrictions of the issuer or program manager then in effect. If the Gift is lost, stolen or used without authorization, it will not be replaced. We are not affiliated with Visa, and Visa has no involvement in the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Giveaway.
Toast will determine in its discretion by the Determination Date whether you have qualified to receive the Gift. If you qualify to receive the Gift, we will notify you by no later than the Determination Date by sending an email to the email address on file for the individual who enrolled your restaurant in Instant Deposit. If you qualify to receive the Gift, it will be sent on or before the date that is 90 days after the Determination Date by mail to the mailing address specified by the individual who enrolled your restaurant in Instant Deposit.
You are solely responsible for paying all federal, state and local income taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the Gift. The Gift will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Any information you submit as part of the Giveaway will be used for purposes of this Giveaway and for our general business purposes in accordance with our Privacy Statement which can be found here: https://pos.toasttab.com/privacy.
