15% OFF xtraCHEF Lite by Toast PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Existing Toast, Inc. customers who have executed  both a Toast Merchant Agreement () for Toast point-of-sale and payment processing services and a Toast Merchant Agreement (for Toast Payroll & Team Management (“Existing Customers”), and who meet the following criteria may be eligible to receive the following promotion:

Existing Customers may be eligible to receive a fifteen percent (15%) discount off theSoftware Fees for the initial term of a Toast Merchant Agreement  for xtraCHEF Lite by Toast  when they (a) purchase on or before August 31, 2022; (b) agree to a minimum contract Term of one (1) year for xtraCHEF Lite by Toast; and (c) have submitted all necessary documentation and/or information required by Toast (“Promotion”). Software Fees include the base fee for xtraCHEF, but do not include any fees associated with the purchase of any other product or service.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Promotion is not available if prohibited by law, and may not be combined with any additional xtraCHEF subscription discounts or redeemed for cash, and cannot be applied to any products or services apart from xtraChef subscription discount. Following the Promotion, any and all fees, including those for previously discounted products and/or services, shall be equal to the full quoted price. This is a limited time offer subject to change. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the above promotion at any time.
