Boston, MA - Toast Restaurant POS announced the release of a new API Partner Program on April 1, 2016. The program allows Toast’s point of sale data to power platforms such as CrunchTime, Paytronix, Compeat, CTUIT, and Peachworks.

According to the report Restaurant Technology in 2017, 50% of restaurant operators are currently paying two to five vendors for labor scheduling, bookkeeping, gift cards, and more.

With integrated partners on the API platform, Toast customers will have access to even more robust management features to drive the success of their business.

“For Monteverde, we wanted to seek out solutions that were the most forward-thinking,” said Meg Sahs, managing partner and owner at Monteverde Restaurant and Pastificio in Chicago, Illinois. “A lot of restaurant industry systems are a little archaic, and we wanted something that was moving into the future. The fact that Toast and Compeat linked together was a huge selling point - it’s an efficient way of putting our sales reporting and accounting data where we need it."

Over time, more restaurant technology solutions will use Toast data to power their platforms through the Toast API. The companies participating in the Toast Partner Program today are:
