Toast and LevelUp Announce Point of Sale Integration

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - August 11, 2014) - Toast, the Smart Restaurant Cloud, has partnered with LevelUp, the largest mobile payment platform in the US. The partnership will effectively add mobile payments to the suite of tools available through Toast via the LevelUp app.
LevelUp currently has 1.5 million users and 14,000 accepting businesses, the majority of which are quick service restaurants. Toast services quick and full serve restaurants and bars across the US.
"Toast's Smart Restaurant Cloud simplifies a restaurant's operations by combining its tools into one simple mobile platform. With Toast, servers can input orders and accept payments right at the table. Integrating mobile payments is a natural fit," said Aman Narang, co-founder of Toast.
The Toast / LevelUp integration is expected to further enhance the customer experience by enabling servers to seamlessly accept mobile payments at the table using the same Toast tablets used to take customer orders.
