Existing customer 3 Months Free Guest Modules
Existing Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) customers who have signed Toast’s Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) before April 1, 2020 (“Existing Customers”) and meet the following criteria, may be eligible to receive the applicable discounts set forth below.
Existing Customers may be eligible to receive their first three (3) months of Toast’s digital ordering, egift cards, loyalty, and/or restaurant marketing modules (each, a “Module”) free if they sign up for their selected Module(s) prior to June 30, 2020 (“Existing Customer 3 Months Free Promotion”). Existing Customers must have maintained an active Toast subscription since signing the Toast Merchant Agreement in order to be eligible for this promotion, and must continue to maintain an active subscription during the promotional period. Toast Customers who purchased through any reseller are not eligible for this promotion.
The Existing Customer 3 Months Free Promotion may not be combined with additional subscription discounts (except each other) or redeemed for cash and may be available only in select markets. Following the first three (3) months free of the Module(s), the fee shall be the full quote price per month until the end of the applicable Term. This promotion is a limited time offer subject to change. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any of these promotional offers at any time.

Toast Go BOGO Upsell Promotion
Existing Toast, Inc. (“Toast”) customers who have signed Toast’s Merchant Agreement (“Agreement”) on or before April 1, 2020 (“Customers”) may be eligible to receive the applicable discounts set forth below, if Customer meets the criteria below. This is a limited time offer subject to change and availability is while supplies last.
For every purchase of one (1) Toast Go at standard price made on or before June 30, 2020, Customer is eligible to receive one (1) additional Toast Go at no additional cost, up to a maximum of ten (10) no-cost units per restaurant location (“Toast Go Promotion”). If Customer has more than one (1) restaurant location under the same group or brand, then Customer is eligible to receive the Toast Go Promotion for a maximum of five (5) restaurant locations.
Customers must have maintained an active Toast subscription since signing the Toast Merchant Agreement in order to be eligible for this promotion, and must continue to maintain an active subscription during the promotional period. Customers who purchased through any reseller are not eligible for this promotion. The discounts in this promotion may not be combined with other hardware offers, additional discounts on the Handheld Monthly Software Subscription, or redeemed for cash and may be available only in select markets. The Hardware Discount may not exceed the purchase price of the Hardware purchased by Existing Customer for that restaurant location. Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel any of these promotional offers at any time.
