Special Terms: 

September 2023 Hardware Promotion:

New Toast merchants who sign an Initial Order Form on or before October 13th, 2023 ("New Merchant") will receive a one-time discount on any Hardware of up to one thousand and five-hundred US dollars ($1,500.00) on New Merchant’s Initial Order Form.  This promotion excludes existing Toast merchants who have purchased Toast Software under an existing Order Form.

This promotion will expire on October 13th, 2023.  The discount may only be applied once per New Merchant.  The discount cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to any other fees.  This is a limited time offer subject to change.  Toast reserves the right to suspend, modify, or cancel this promotion at any time.  Except as expressly provided herein, any defined terms will have the same meaning as those set forth in the Toast Merchant Agreement.
