Explore What We’re Building: Check out our updated Release Menu!
What are we working on next? It's a question we get every day. Our recently updated Release Menu gives Toast customers an exclusive glimpse into the products and features we’re building to deliver on our mission of making it easier for restaurants to thrive. Many releases – like Offline Mode for KDS, Server Item Firing, and Menu Modifier Pricing – are a direct result of customer feedback. Please keep it coming!
We’re excited to announce that the Chargeback Challenger, Toast’s 100% digital chargeback management and dispute experience, is now available for all Toast customers at no additional cost! You asked and we listened — no more faxing in chargeback disputes and supporting documentation. Chargebacks can now be handled directly in your Toast Web back-end; check it out by navigating to the Payments screen and clicking on the Chargeback Challenger.
Scheduling, powered by Sling, is part of Toast Payroll & Team Management’s newest suite of features available for purchase! An add-on integrated scheduling and communication tool to help you save time, control your labor costs, and keep your team in sync. Cashier called out sick? Not a problem. Easily swap and approve shifts remotely, send notifications and alerts to your team so that you can ensure that every shift is covered.
When it comes to running your coffee shop, you have enough on your plate. That's why we've rounded up a list of impactful Toast hardware and software suggestions to help you serve a lot more lattes in 2022.
Did you run out of that sandwich that customers are asking for? Or maybe you 86'd the almond milk creamer but your menu boards behind the counter still mention it's an option.
With Raydiant and Toast, you no longer have to worry about displaying your most up-to-date menu items in your cafe! Raydiant automatically updates your menu boards by reading Toast's menus, and acts as your in-store marketing channel. If an item is 86'd you can personalize your menu boards to automatically update, remove, or add items making them your in-store in-store marketing channel.
