Toast Kiosks now support Brecknell 6710U and 6720U scales, allowing your guests to weigh and pay for items priced by weight on Toast Kiosks, and helping to streamline your restaurant operations and labor costs.

Your guests can now link their Toast Loyalty accounts to redeem rewards points when checking out on a kiosk. If you’ve enabled Toast Loyalty on Kiosk, your guests will see an “Add Rewards” button when reviewing their cart during checkout. Guests can now swipe their loyalty card or the credit card linked to their loyalty account to accrue and redeem points when placing an order on Toast Kiosk! For restaurants using Toast Kiosk and Paytronix, your guests can enter a Paytronix short code during checkout to redeem points.

You can now customize Toast Kiosks’s interface to match your restaurant’s branding and optimize the menu. Within these customizations, you can:
Set a custom background image for your welcome and menu screens
Choose between a light or dark color theme to match your restaurant’s look and feel
Set custom button colors that match your restaurant’s branding to display throughout the kiosk order and payment flow
Select whether to maximize the number of items displayed on each kiosk screen with small menu cards, or display larger menu cards to include a description
Display menu item tags, including dietary information like “Gluten Free” or New!”
